How long until I get my photos back?

Photos will be delivered within 24 hours. Some services like video and virtual staging may take 48-72 hours.

Are community amenities included?

If amenities are within a few blocks of the home, I'm happy to include a few photos. If they are scattered over large distances or require an extensive amount of images, the cost is extra.

Do you help stage the home first?

Yes! I always do a thorough walkthrough of the house making suggestions on quick decluttering, checking blinds, removing trash cans, bathrugs and other easily removeable items. If a home is not prepared and no attempt has been made to declutter the home, I will shoot the home as-is or I recommend rescheduling when it's ready.

What parts of the county do you serve?

All over San Diego county. Properties that are over 30 miles from Ramona may be subject to a travel fee. This fee may be waived depending on the size of the project.

Can you share the images with your stager/contractor?

I'm so glad you asked! The short answer is, no. You are purchasing a license to use these for your marketing to sell the home. Your stager needs to purchase their own license to use these images. I wrote a blog post about it here.

There are multiple styles of some basic flyers available for download so you can print these without needing any additional design work on your end.
