You might even know the importance of making content for your brand but finding something to post, coming up with a script, a shotlist, and then being your own camera director is just too much.

The new Listing Day Content Add-On is designed for agents who want to stay visible online—without adding filming, scripting, or strategy to their plate. It’s real, usable content created during your listing shoot.
Why I Created This
Not every agent wants to be a content creator; but most agents realize the value of it. You’ve got clients, vendors, and a team to manage. Filming Instagram (Tiktok, Facebook, insert favorite social media platform) content usually ends up last on the list.
That’s why I created a simple solution: content for your brand, captured while I’m already at your listing photo appointment. This is different from the property videos. This is content designed to be used in addition to the property posts that but structured for your brand. This helps you move past the Just Listed and Just Sold posts that get little to no real engagement.
What’s Included
45 minutes mini session. These clips are shot on my iPhone 16 Pro and transferred to you immediately after the shoot. I’ve got a microphone and light too – but we’ll need to book those it in advance.
